Day 1, Friday - Arrival in Bari
Arrive in Bari airport and meet your driver in the arrival hall. Transfer to the heart of Puglia region and your hotel located in the village of Alberobello. Check in hotel and time at leisure to relax or start to enjoy Alberobello on your own. In the late afternoon you’ll meet your Tour Leader for a welcome briefing and review the itinerary. Overnight in Alberobello.
Day 2, Saturday - Alberobello, Locorotondo & Cisternino
After breakfast, meet your driver guide at the hotel and start your tour of Puglia. Today you will visit the villages of Locorotondo and Cisternino driving through small villages, vineyards and olive trees. Arrive in Locorotondo a charming small village where you will send a couple of hours wandering, taking photographs and sitting at cafe tables. The historic city center looks like a circular maze perched on top of a hill. Continue your tour with the visit of Cisternino one of the oldest village of Puglia. The village offer several panoramic viewpoints from which you can appreciate the beautiful landscapes of the countryside. The tour continue with a wine and cheese tasting followed by a lunch in a typical “Masseria” (farm).
Return to Alberobello in the afternoon, time at leisure to enjoy the town on your own. The “Trulli”, the typical houses of Alberobello for their unique cone shape are considered one of the UNESCO World heritage center of Italy. Overnight in Alberobello.

Day 3, Sunday - Ostuni - Polignano - Monopoli
Today you will explore the coast of Puglia on the Adriatic Sea, and visit the town of Ostuni, Polignano & Monopoli. The town of Ostuni is also known as the “White Town”, because of the whitewashed color of the houses. Visit the Cathedral that dominates the town, and the typical pedestrian street of the shopping area. Continue to the fisherman village of Polignano al Mare. Famous for the building located just on the cliff of the Adriatic Sea, visitors are fascinated from the view of the crashing waves, visit the little food stores inside
authentic caves. After the visit of Polignano continue your excursion to Monopoli
and the famous area named from the local “Paese Vecchio”. In Monopoli you will find an incredible concentration of cultural heritage and churches, positioned literally one next to another. Walking among the narrow streets, between arches and alleys, you will feel sea air and fragrances of freshly hanging laundry or tomato sauce cooked for hours. Overnight in Alberobello.

Day 4, Monday - Alberobello - Matera - Sorrento Coast
Check out hotel. continue your tour with a transfer from Alberobello to Sorrento on the West Coast of Italy. En route stop in Matera.
Free time to explore the city on your own. Nominated as European Cultural Capital in 2019, Matera is also one the of the UNESCO World Heritages Center in Italy. It is considered the third oldest city in the world, after Aleppo and Jericho, with over 10,000 years of history. From natural cavities carved by wind and rain of the past to the first man-made caves we can discover how easy it was to shape the limestone material of the Sassi rock. During your time in Matera we suggest to visit the most beautiful churches, starting from the Duomo on the Civita and walk through the narrow pedestrian streets.Continue to Sorrento Coast, where you arrive in the late afternoon. Day 5, Tuesday - Amalfi Drive
After breakfast meet your driver guide today you will enjoy a beautiful excursion to the scenic Amalfi Coast. Drive to your first stop: Amalfi. In Amalfi you will have free time to explore the medieval part of the city with the imposing Duomo of St. Andrew and ancient buildings dated from the times when Amalfi was one of the maritime powers in the Mediterranean. After the visit of Amalfi continue your drive to Ravello. Located in a panoramic position overlooking the coast, Ravello could be considered one of the most romantic village of Italy. Ravello offers panoramic gardens, quiet and narrow roads, you will find lots of corners providing unique and scenic views over the coast. Return to Sorrento in late afternoon. Balance of the day is at leisure. Overnight in Sorrento area.
Day 6, Wednesday - Pompeii
After breakfast meet your driver guide for your excursion to the Archaeological Park of Pompeii one if UNESCO World heritage site of Italy and the most visited archaeological park of Italy. This so well preserved site and new continuous excavations give you the they give you the perception of living still in the times of ancient Rome. Visit the Roman Forum; the theater with a perfect acoustic, the public baths with towering columns and the old market with groceries stores, laundries and factories. Return to Sorrento and your hotel in the late morning. Time to relax in the afternoon. In the evening we have booked a candle light dinner in a typical restaurant of Sorrento. Overnight in Sorrento.
Day 7, Thursday - Sorrento (optional Capri)
Today is a perfect day to relax or take the opportunity to continue the exploration of the magnificent region. You have lots of choices, maybe a visit of Capri, it’s a short boat ride from Sorrento. Visit the Blue Grotto, take a boat ride around the Island and have a great lunch overlooking the sea. Overnight in Sorrento.
Day 8, Friday - Sorrento - Rome
Meet your driver in the morning and transfer to Naples train station to board a high-speed train to Rome. The journey take 1h and 10min. Upon your arrival in Rome station meet your driver and continue to your hotel. Late afternoon, walk to the restaurant near the hotel where we have reserved a typical dinner for you. Overnight in Rome
Day 9, Saturday - Vatican & Heart of Rome
After breakfast, meet your driver and your guide and proceed to the Vatican Museum by private van. You’ll easily enter the Museum with your skip the line tickets. Your visit will be memorable: our guides have drawn up a route to include all the major sights as well as some unexpected surprises. See the Belvedere Courtyard, the Raphael Rooms, and of course the spectacular Sistine Chapel followed by a visit of St. Peter’s Basilica. Once we’re done, you’ll return to your hotel where you’ll have a chance to relax after a busy morning. In late afternoon you’ll meet your tour leader for a walking tour of the Baroque part of Rome, follow the narrow streets of the ancient city, pass through Piazza Navona, enter the Pantheon, see the Spanish Steps and beautiful Piazza di Spagna. We’ll return to the hotel or, if you prefer, just hang around, enjoy an aperitivo and later in the evening have an independent dinner in the very heart of the eternal city. Overnight in Rome
Day 10, Sunday - Rome
Today a full day at leisure to enjoy the “Eternal City” on your own. Take time to sit at a cafe, to sip on a cappuccino, stroll along the via Condotti or the via Veneto and live life as a Roman. There are lots of great experiences in the city. Some of our suggested activities are the exploration of Imperial Rome – the Colosseum and the Roman Forum; the visit of one of the most beautiful art collections in Europe at the Galleria Borghese. Overnight in Rome.
Day 11, Monday - Departure from Rome
After breakfast transfer to Rome Airport or train station.
